Community clean-up: Our ambition is to make our masjid centre for the local community issues. Our area has been suffering from litter and fly tipping. We have undertaken community clean up in the past and continue our commitment for a cleaner and greener environment.
Drug awareness: Inner-city Bradford has suffered from the curse of drug use. This is also affecting families living around our masjid. We have been undertaking drug awareness campaign to enable members of our community to be aware of drug misuse and to show zero tolerance to drug use.
Multi-faith work: Our masjid is committed to working with other faith groups to develop multi-faith programme. We believe in tolerance and co-existence of all faiths and with people of no faith. We are committed to multi-cultural Bradford in all its form.
Council for Mosque affiliation: Our masjid works closely with Bradford’s Council for Mosques. CfM is an umbrella organisation of all Bradford based mosques and campaigns for a safe and high quality services to be provided by mosques to all Muslims and to wider Bradford communities.
